- This is a private overland tour from Jakarta to Bali.
- Moderate physical fitness is recommended for Green Canyon, Pangandaran National Park, Mount Bromo, Tumpak Sewu Waterfall, and Ijen Crater activities.
- The Blue Fire phenomenon at Ijen Crater is subject to volcanic activity and local authority regulations.
- Sunrise visibility at Mount Bromo depends on weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
- Tumpak Sewu involves walking on uneven terrain and stairs.
- Hotel accommodations listed are subject to availability and may be replaced with similar-category properties.
- Ferry crossing from Java to Bali is included for passengers only.
- Warm clothing is highly recommended for Mount Bromo and Ijen Crater where temperatures can fall below 10°C.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
- The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather, road conditions, volcanic activity, or operational circumstances while maintaining the overall travel experience.

All vehicles are air-conditioned and operated by experienced drivers familiar with East Java tourism routes.
Vehicle type may be adjusted based on availability while maintaining the same standard or upgraded category.
PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
Reservations & Bookings
- Reservations will be considered confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit or full payment.
- Guests are responsible for providing accurate personal information exactly as stated on their passport or identification card.
- Any costs arising from incorrect information provided by the guest shall be borne by the guest.
Deposit & Final Payment
- A minimum deposit of 50% of the total tour cost is required to secure accommodations and transportation arrangements.
- Bookings are not guaranteed without a deposit.
- The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival.
- For bookings made within 14 days prior to arrival, full payment is required upon confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy
- Refund amounts are calculated based on the total tour cost and exclude administration fees and bank charges.
- More than 30 days before departure: 100% refund (excluding administration fees)
- 15–30 days before departure: 75% refund
- 7–14 days before departure: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before departure: No refund
Rescheduling Policy
- Schedule changes may be requested up to 7 days before departure.
- All changes are subject to availability of accommodations and transportation.
- Additional fees may apply during peak seasons or if supplier rates change.
Force Majeure
In the event of natural disasters, volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, floods, government restrictions, war, civil unrest, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of both parties, refund arrangements will follow the policies of hotels, transportation providers, and other service suppliers.
Travel Documents & Visa Requirements
Guests are fully responsible for ensuring the validity and completeness of all travel documents.
This includes:
- Passport validity of at least six (6) months
- Visa requirements
- Immigration requirements
- Health-related travel requirements
No refunds will be provided due to visa rejection or incomplete travel documentation.
Travel Insurance
Guests are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:
- Medical Expenses
- Accidents
- Trip Cancellation
- Travel Delays
- Lost or Damaged Luggage
The travel operator shall not be liable for losses, damages, or injuries occurring during the trip.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be settled under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Indonesia.
