DETAILED DAY WISE ITINERARY
Day 1. Ende Town – Moni Village (L, D)
Our local tour guide will pick up the client at Ende’s Airport (H. Hasan Aroeboesman Airport) or at hotel. Warm greeting and inform a short briefing by local tour guide before start the tour. Then drive to Wologai Village as a traditional village of Lio Tribe or native’s Ende. Then drive to Moni Village where to stay for a night. One the way can do any spot to see some nice view. Lunch and dinner at the restaurant.
Day 2. Moni Village – Kelimutu Lake – Ende Town – Bajawa Town (B, L, D)
At 04:00 am in the morning drive to Kelimutu crater lake. Usually sunrise start at 05:30. Approximately spend one hour to arrive at the lake from Moni Village where the hotel located. Kelimutu which translates literally into “mountain” and “boiling. The special thing about these lake are the different vivid colors each lake has even though they are right to each other-and the color change from time to time. Red, black, and green. Take some picture of this amazing view and back to the hotel for breakfast. On the way to Ende, there is local market (fruits and vegetable) in Ndua Ria Village. Then drive to Blue Stone beach to see blue color stone and some other colors stone. Lunch at the restaurant. If it possible, go to So’a hot spring for relaxing before go to Bajawa town for overnight. Dinner at the restaurant.
Day 3. Bajawa Town – Bena Village – Aimere Village – Ruteng Town (B, L, D)
Having breakfast at the hotel afterward go to Bena traditional village of Ngada culture where its impressive stone formations and ancestral shrines. There are some others unique things to see and know about the village. One of those about “ngadhu” and “bhaga” or male and female. Lunch at the restaurant. Aimere village well known as a place where native produce local alcohol drink from palm juice. Visitor can see directly how people make the alcohol drink. Then stop at Rana Mese to take pictures and drive to Ruteng town for staying a night. Dinner at the restaurant.
Day 4. Ruteng Town – Liang Bua Cave – Cancar Spider Web Rice – Labuan Bajo Town (B, L, D)
Breakfast at the hotel. Liang Bua cave site is one of the world’s important archaeological site. In this cave have found some fossil such as homo florensiesis or “flores hobbit” reached a height 105 cm, Komodo Dragon, elephant, birds, etc. Besides that, there are stalagmite and stalactite. Afterward, drive to Cancar spider web rice to see rice field view which is form like spider web. Take some pictures and then drive to Labuan Bajo to stay a night. Lunch and dinner at the restaurant.
Day 5. Kelor Island – Rinca Island – Flying Fox Island (B, L, D)
After explore Flores overland it’s time to enjoy and relax on the beach, swimming, and snorkeling in Komodo National Park. Breakfast at the hotel. First spot is Kelor Island. Kelor Island is a small beautiful island to do any activities such as snorkeling, swimming, trekking to see great view, and taking picture. Lunch will be taken on boat. Heading to Rinca Isalnd to see Komodo Dragon and some others animals such as Water Buffaloes, Birders, Monkeys, deer’s, snakes, and any other more. There are some trekking options which one of that can be taken. Short trekking is about 1 hour, medium trekking is about 1 and a half hours, and long trekking is about 2 hours. Lunch on the boat. Afterward, sail to Flying Fox Island to witness thousand Flying Fox come out from tiny island. Before enjoy this moment, sunset view from this island is great. Dinner on the boat. Overnight on the boat.
Day 6. Padar Island – Kanawa Island – Labuan Bajo (hotel/airport) (B, L)
On the second day, early in the morning sail to Padar island to see great panorama of three colorful beaches and mountain. White, pink, and black beaches. Breakfast on the boat. There is cement ladder to help. Its easily for client to go to the summit of Padar Island. After do the trekking could take some minutes for cooling down. Then, go to Kanawa Island for snorkeling, swimming, to enjoy the white sandy beach, and taking picture. Back to Labuan Bajo. Dinner at the restaurant. Stay a night at the hotel or flight to Bali or Jakarta. Depend on your schedule.
